We all had a great afternoon of fun and entertainment today at our cafe meeting - firstly Sarah from the Ashmere Care Home group did some terrific chair exercises, then it was Jo's playing card bingo session which went down a storm. Finally, we were hugely entertained by Andy Quinn who had us dancing, foot tapping and singing along to a wide variety of songs from the swinging 60's and sensational 70's. A great time was had by all and we look forward to our next meeting on 15th April (1-3pm).
