The volunteers supporting MEMORY MATTERS, a dementia café initiative from the League of Friends, are delighted to announce their association with the Ashmere Group. The Derbyshire care home specialists are experts in their provision of care for those living with Dementia and offer valuable skills to enable the new volunteer group to develop the cafe's profile, providing a supportive and entertaining environment.
Residents and carers of The Heanor Park Care Home, along with Cafe volunteers, were happily photographed together outside the Charnos Hall venue.
MEMORY MATTERS is held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 1:00 pm at Charnos Hall, Ilkeston Community Hospital.
